1. In the end of the book The Undomestic Goddess Samantha finally heads back to London to tell her old law firm where she has been. The firm sends a news journalist to follow her to the outskirts of England where she has been hiding for all this time. When she gets back to the Geiger's house she tries to tell them that she was one of the best lawyers in the most popular law firm in London, Carter Spink but her efforts are futile as Mr. and Mrs. Geiger just push her away and tell her to do her job as housekeeper. When the journalist arrives they finally find out about Samantha's real job and set her up with an interview along with the other workers from Carter Spink. When Samantha's boyfriend Nathaniel finds out that she is a lawyer he is furious and runs away not wanting anything to do with her. During the interview the only thing Samantha is thinking about is Nathaniel, and she cant even answer the questions of the journalist. When the interview is done Carter Spink offers Samantha an opportunity to become a partner. Becoming a partner has been Samantha's dream for as long as she can remember so she says yes and decides to return to London and leave her life of a housekeeper that she has grown to know. When Samantha is in the airport about to leave for Hong Kong she sees Nathaniel and has a change of heart. She decides to go with back with Nathaniel and live her life with him because she believes her happiness is more important than any other job.

2. I thought this book was one of the best books I have ever read.  It is so exciting and I never knew what would happen next.  I never would have thought that Samantha would be brave enough to go back to Carter Spink, and tell everyone about her huge 50 million pound mistake to the company Glazerbrooks. It was also surprising when Nathaniel came back for Samantha even thought he was sop upset with her for lying about her job. I had no idea that Carter Spink would ever ask for Samantha to come back and work for them even after her huge mistake. The author of this book Sophia Kinsella does a great job of pulling you into the book. While reading you always think one thing will happen but instead the outcome is the complete opposite. This happens when Samantha tries to resign and the Geiger's just buy her new equipment she doesn't need and makes her stay when I thought she was definitely going to leave. This book is a new author and i really enjoyed her book so i will definitely read more of her books.

3. The main theme shown in this book is perseverance. Samantha shows perseverance in may ways. one way is when Nathaniel's mom is attempting to teach her to cook when she has never even touched an oven before. At first Samantha is horrible and burns everything she tries to make. Then she slowly get better and starts trying out new and harder foods. Once she has mastered multiple recipes she decides to try out a dinner at the Geiger's. This dinner fails and Samantha is very disappointed. She decides to take more lessons. Now she is an expert at the hardest dishes there is so she tries again. When she serves the Geiger's they are very impressed and want her to cook the next night to. Samantha shows lots of perseverance with this and many other things

4. My favorite character is Samantha. She is my favorite because she always has a conflict that she must solve.   Also she is my favorite because she has to make quick decisions on how to deal with things she has never thought of before. Samantha is in a huge conflict when she is attempting to make a fancy dinner for then Geiger's. She has never cooked before and has to search through every cook book they have. Finally Samantha finds a couple recipes she thinks she can try.  All then recipes turn out to be a disaster! Samantha has no choice but to feed it to the Geiger's even though she knows they will be horrified.  The Geiger's are disgusted and are wondering why Samantha isn't as good as she said she was. Samantha finds a solution and makes a quick decision to this issue. She tells the Geiger that the equipment in their kitchen is just horrible and she couldn't work with it it was so bad. She decides to resign as a result of the bad equipment. this was a good decision and solution on Samantha's part for an excuse of her horrendous cooking.

5. My least favorite character is Guy. He is my least favorite because he is supposed to be Samantha's best friend but he is acting like her worst enemy. Once Guy finds out about Samantha's mistake he decides to tell the entire law form to humiliate her. Then he tries to call her and pretend he doesn't know what had happened just so that he can make fun. Guy also tells Nathaniel that Samantha doesn't want to see him and tells him to leave even though Samantha was trying to find Nathaniel and did want to see him. Its too bad that Guy turned out to be my least favorite because he was a good character in the beginning.

6. The ending of the book was very surprising for me. I wasn't expecting any of it to happen. It was surprising when Samantha decided to face her fears and go back to her law firm Carter Spink and tell then where she has been, Also when Nathaniel ran away  was very surprised. i was confused when Samantha decided to leave just for her partnership. I was very happy that Nathaniel and Samantha made up in the end.
