  1. I am currently reading Eldest by Christopher Paolini. I am at the part where Saphira and Eragon go to Ellesmera to better there skills as fighters and Eragon's skill as a dragon rider. This is an essential part of the book because it is where we see if Eragon can really hold on to the resposiblities here mus live up too. This book is about a mythical journey taken by a poor man named Eragon and his dragon Saphira, In the effort to stop the evil doings of the evil dragon rider King Galbotorix. He was thought to be the last one ever but then came along Eragon and he swore to kill him and everything he loved. The settings really intruged me because the setting was completly original and was very imaginative with a great stroy line that keeped me glued to this book. The first couple of chapters were kind of boring because they were just celebrated their first victory on the evil king. Then they make the journey to Ellesmera on Saphira which was boring because they were not doing anything.
    2. This is such a good book I think it is the best book I have ever read. The originality of the book was just incredible and really shows why it was such a popular book series. The character is just like me in a way like he is a small guy who can do really cool things with what he is given. The storyline is also very creative and action packed which is just what I like in a book.

    3. I think the theme of this book is determination. I think this because this guy has been stabbed, set on fire, had deadly spells used on him and been cursed by his gift. They might hit divits in the road but always finds a way to get out of it and keep on moving. They fight and fight and fight until they can't fight anymore which is really inspiring to me. And the hook is they never know what is coming next, which is always different. They took on the most powerful army in the whole world with only a handful of their own fighters. This was a great theme for this book because it describes everything about it.

     4. My favorite character in this book by far was Eragon's faithful dragon Saphira. This is my favorite character because with everything Eragon went through she was with him every step of the way and willingly doing so. She was found by Eragon in a mountain range called the spine near his hometown. She was one of the last dragons and Eragon was one of the last dragon riders. This iconic pair will go down in history as one of the best ever because Saphira was the last of her kind.

     5. My least favorite character was King Galbotorix the evil emperor of the land. He is just so mean to everything he meets and is the most evil person I have heard of. He is also a dragon rider like Eragon but his experience was a lot more deep. He was part of the original dragon riders guild and turned on all of them and killed them and their dragons. This just disgusted me because that is just the worst of the worst thing to do. These things were just a few of the things that make me so angry and why he is my least favorite character.

     6. I have a great prediction of what is going to happen in this book. I believe that the King and his dragon Eldest are going to go with the goblin army to sneak attack the dwaven city where Eragon,Saphira and all their friends are hiding out. I believe this because the Goblins have been setting up camps around the city and Eldest has been seen around the dwarven hunting grounds and their cavern door to the city.
